Our Service

• An initial telephone consultation to discuss your ideas and wishes. During this conversation we'll discuss any themes or the general feel you may have and what you want to achieve.
  

• We'll meet you (or your wedding co-ordinator if you require) at your venue(s) to walk through the setting for your celebration. This will allow us to discuss your wishes in more detail and to perhaps suggest some initial concepts.
  

• We'll then provide you with a portfolio of possibilities along with promotional and demonstration material for your consideration.
  

• Where possible we will arrange for you to see your chosen entertainer(s) performing live if required.
  

• If necessary we will arrange a further site visit with your chosen entertainer(s) to discuss access and set up.
  

• We can also provide full lighting, staging, production equipment and the necessary professional crew for any size of event. We can arrange a venue visit with our technical experts to examine potential ideas and to solve any issues ensuring a seamless event.
  

• Finally we will issue best practice contracts to all parties for complete peace of mind.
  

• For a stress free day, one of our experienced team can attend your event discretely, in order to ensure the smooth running of all of your chosen entertainment. Please note there is a fee for this service.
